I am a Lead Product Designer with over 15 years of experience.

I build intuitive, scalable software out of enterprise complexity. At Salesforce, I lead design across core authoring engines, platform-wide brand governance systems, and Agentforce AI-assisted workflows. Prior to Salesforce, I spent a decade at Oracle, architecting complex SaaS applications and enterprise system workflows.

Originally from Mumbai, India, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Mumbai, my path to product design grew out of a deep fascination with how structured systems, business logic, and human behavior intersect. That analytical foundation continues to shape how I approach product architecture today — balancing business strategy with user-centered precision.

Philosophy & approach

How I work

Systems over screens Enterprise UX succeeds when the underlying framework is solid. I focus on building unified block models, design token engines, and governance rules that scale predictably across multi-cloud ecosystems and AI agents.

Data integrity over superficial speed True workflow velocity shouldn't compromise data quality. I advocate for structured, validated onboarding systems that prevent errors at the source rather than patching them downstream.

Cross-functional ownership Design doesn't happen in a vacuum. I work side-by-side with Product Management, Technical Architecture, and Engineering to elevate UX from feature-level requests to platform-wide standards.

Beyond design & creative philosophy

Outside of work

Design and art share the same core: observation, context, and intentional structure.

Fashion & beauty portraiture. Studio work is an exercise in restraint — balancing light, tone, and composition to draw out a subject's character, the same way I think about hierarchy in a design system.
